What Sill does

  • Press PLAY and Sill writes and performs a 90s eurodance song with stabs, bass, hook, drums and choir.
  • Ten styles across CLUB and RADIO bring their own tempo, sounds, key, chord loop, groove and space.
  • ALGORITHM picks a new song in the same style, and the same number always brings that song back.
  • Four knobs steer LIFT, PUMP, VOX and ENERGY, while PRESETS changes style on the next bar line.
  • REC drops the track to held stabs for a break, and SEQ pushes the whole song up a semitone.
  • The keys play the hook live, snapped to the scale, with their LEDs glowing on the chord's notes.
  • STABS, BASS and HOOK each offer sixteen sounds, with kits from Sill's own one-shots or a drum engine.
  • Eight sets on the SETS page store whole songs, and settings save themselves while stopped.
