What Flyfish does
- Flyfish plays all 79 bars of Chopin's Etude in C major on a sampled Steinway D.
- Nine sounds are on hand: GRAND, PLEYEL, TINE EP, HARP, CELESTA, MUSIC BOX, KALIMBA, MARIMBA and SINE KEY.
- Press PLAY to start, loop any bars with REC, and step a bar back or on with OCT- and OCT+.
- Practise with SPEED down to 25 %, RAMP, a CLICK and a bar's count-in.
- Leave one hand out and play it yourself in FREE, TAP or WAIT, where the keys light up.
- Drill RHYTHM in dotted pairs or CHORDS, and a chart keeps each bar's best clean speed and wrong keys.
- Move the notes to another KEY, play them in MINOR, DORIAN or LYDIAN, and change the BASS.
- Settings save themselves while stopped, and MIDI out sends both hands with sustain and soft pedal to a real piano.
