What Selva1 does

  • The SELVA1 engine is an analogue voice with two oscillators, sub, noise, drive and a four-pole ladder filter.
  • Its oscillators offer six waves each, octave ranges, detune, drift and pulse width modulation from the LFO or envelope.
  • Twelve engines in all cover virtual analogue, FM, phase distortion, chip, sampler, granular, organ, physical models and noise.
  • Three synth tracks and a drum track with sixteen sounds a key play from 153 factory sounds and dozens of kits.
  • Record live over the loop or hold SEQ to place steps, with nudge, ratchets, parameter locks and fill conditions.
  • Hold a button for a layer: punch-in effects, erase, note repeat, steps, key and chords, mix or song.
  • Save the loop into sections A to D, chain them live, record a song, and autosave keeps your work.
  • USB carries MIDI, the browser editor and a stereo audio input, and the TRS jack takes a MIDI keyboard.
