What No Man Sky FM does
- You fly a ship, land on planets, mine with the laser and fight sentinels while playing music.
- KNOB 1 and KNOB 2 steer, walk and set speed, KNOB 3 zooms out to wide or into the cabin.
- Holding OCT- boosts or runs, holding OCT+ lands, docks and fires the laser, and both together open the warp map.
- A quick press keeps the usual job, so OCT- and OCT+ still change octave and PLAY still plays.
- The synth engine runs on both cores of the FM-1, with 15 arp modes and KBD HOLD.
- Record with QUANT off for loose timing, and REC keeps the arp and the punch-in FX.
- Projects save with SAVE SECTION A to D and favourite sounds, and older projects still load.
- Over MIDI you get an FX channel, a drum map, remote control and clock out, plus a settable USB rate.
