What Mutable Dreams does
- Six freely assignable synth tracks give you 336 tones across 108 musical Biomes plus Blank.
- Swap three synth tracks for a Lo-Fi kit of eight editable pads drawn from five original sample sets.
- Each track holds a 32-step sequence with notes, rests, velocity, gate and chance, plus eight generators.
- Step recording and monophonic live overdub capture notes from the keyboard or USB MIDI.
- Two LFOs per synth track move filter, colour, pan, sends and Warps blend over cycles of half a second to twenty seconds.
- A shared granular cloud with Grain Size, tape motion and freeze sits alongside shared delay and room.
- Saving a complete Biome keeps sequences, kit settings and LFO routing, and the FM-1 warns before unsaved edits are replaced.
- A browser page runs the same instrument and edits, backs up or restores a connected FM-1 over USB MIDI.

- FX → TIDAL MOTION A / B
- Route two slow LFOs per synth track to targets such as filter, colour, pan and sends.
