What MOPE-1 does
- A six-voice wavetable synth gives you 16 tables, two detuned oscillators, a sine sub and a resonant filter with drive.
- A second shadow oscillator per voice sits up to two octaves away and can mix, FM, ring modulate or sync.
- Two LFOs with nine shapes aim at the position, cutoff, pitch, volume or shadow, alongside an amp envelope and a mod envelope.
- Press PLAY for the band and REC to record a 1, 2 or 4 bar loop after a count-in, then overdub on top.
- Open SEQ and the 16 white keys become steps, so you can choose, retune, lengthen or clear notes, or edit the whole loop at once.
- Thirteen synthesized drum styles each bring a main bar, a fill every fourth bar, their own tempo and swing, plus an auto-bass that always plays minor.
- Effects cover fry, three-tap chorus, ping-pong delay, an eight-wall reverb from closet to void, tape wow and flutter, and a limiter.
- SAVE stores your sound and loop together, and the firmware also saves by itself when things go quiet.
