What Monohull does
- Monohull is a one voice monosynth with two oscillators offering saw, pulse with PWM, triangle, sine and a continuous morph.
- A sub octave, noise, hard sync, through-zero FM and ring modulation feed the mixer alongside them.
- High mode runs the most accurate oscillators and filter solves, while Efficient swaps in cheaper versions for a lighter load.
- Unison stacks three, five or seven detuned copies per oscillator, spread in stereo through a second filter.
- Juno BBD chorus, ensemble chorus, ping-pong delay and reverb follow the voice, and holding FX turns all three off for DRY.
- The arpeggiator plays up, down, up-down, random or as played over one to four octaves, latched and clock synced.
- Play the 27 keys with OCT- and OCT+ for range, hold REC for accent, or drive it over USB and TRS MIDI.
Its modes
- OSC 1
- Set the first oscillator's waveform, pulse width, morph, tuning and vintage character.
- OSC 2 / SUB / NOISE
- Shape the second oscillator, its sync and FM, the square sub an octave or two down, and white or pink noise.
- MIX / DRIVE
- Balance the levels of osc 1, osc 2, sub, noise and ring, then push them into the drive stage.
- FILTER
- Dial cutoff, resonance, envelope amount and key tracking for the chosen filter model.
- F-ENV
- Set the filter envelope's attack, decay, sustain and release.
- A-ENV
- Set the amp envelope's attack, decay, sustain and release.
- LFO 1 / 2
- Pick each LFO's shape and rate, free or clock synced, with delay and fade-in.
- UNISON
- Choose the number of detuned copies, their detune, mix and stereo spread.
- FX
- Select the chorus mode and set its rate, depth and mix.
- GLIDE / VOICE
- Set glide time and curve, note priority, retrigger or legato and hold.
