What Frodhes does
- Frodhes plays a physically modelled electric piano in four types: Stage 77, Suitcase, Early Felt and Bell Dyno.
- Vibes and Marimba add a struck vibraphone with its motor and a rosewood marimba, computed the same way.
- The pattern recorder loops one to sixteen bars with quantize, swing, overdub, step entry, undo and erase.
- The effects chain runs compressor, drive, resonant filter, tremolo or wah, phaser, chorus, delay and reverb into a limiter.
- PERFORM puts drive, filter cutoff, delay and reverb on the four knobs, and ASSIGN changes what each knob plays.
- Chord mode plays whole chords from one key, the arpeggiator holds patterns, and scales keep the keys in tune.
- SAVE stores a sound to one of sixteen user presets, beside nineteen factory sounds you browse with PRESETS.
- USB-MIDI goes in and out, TRS MIDI comes in, and USB sends stereo audio to a computer.
