What FM1-GM does
- You get the full General MIDI sound set of 128 sampled programs plus a drum kit.
- Record in real time with overdub, quantize and count-in, or step record notes and chords one step at a time.
- Undo, mute, solo and a one-second hold on ARP to erase a track keep takes under control.
- Bar editing lets you change note lengths, move notes, loop a bar, delete a step and copy, paste or clear bars.
- Songs save to 64 slots sharing the free data flash, roughly 100,000 notes, with a save that never loses the old version.
- MIDI in over USB or the TRS jack plays the sounds, either into the selected track or as a multitimbral module.
- A browser editor and emulator play your songs with the same engine and write them straight to a slot over USB.
