What fm1-yoga does
- Guided relaxation programs hold a drone on 174, 396, 432 or 528 Hz with a slow theta to delta rhythm.
- A second layer called the garden adds breathing pads, bell loops, a gliding bass, tape echo and plate reverb.
- The 16 long keys play a handpan, kalimba, tongue drum, singing bowls or Koshi chimes with velocity.
- Pick a program with SELECT, a length with PRESETS, ISO for speakers or BIN for headphones, then press PLAY.
- Eleven small keys softly mute drone, breath, bowls, space, pads, bells, bass, echo or everything at once.
- Every start randomizes phase lengths, rhythms, timbres and the garden recipe, so no two runs sound alike.
- SAVE keeps all settings permanently and stays lit while something is still unsaved.
- Over USB the FM-1 works as an audio device, mixing in music from a computer and recording its sound.
