What fm1-glitch does
- Twenty-seven slots, one per key, play synthesized clicks, rasps, crunches, noise bursts, sweeps, micro kicks, pops, short loops and dropouts.
- One slot is a classic hi-hat, and PITCH, DECAY, COLOR and RANDOM shape every other source per hit.
- The polymetric step sequencer gives each slot up to 64 steps with its own length and rate, so loops drift apart.
- Hold SEQ and press white keys to enter steps, pressing again for ratchets of two, three or four hits.
- Press ARP for a completely new random beat, or hold ARP and a key for a new sound and line on one slot.
- MUTATE changes the loop a little every bar, REC returns to the stored pattern, and SAVE keeps the mutated version.
- Hold FX with a white key for sixteen stutter, freeze, bitcrush and sweep effects, or a black key for eleven punch-in effects.
- SAVE stores the live loop, mutes, settings and scatter seed into sixteen patterns on the device.

Its file didn't open cleanly as an FM-1 firmware, so we didn't scan it further.
Les scans every firmware here whose file is public, and shows what it checked and what it found. A scan lowers the risk; it can't rule it out. This firmware is made by its author, not by Les or M-VAVE. Back up first, and install at your own risk. How Les scans firmware
