What DUB-1 does
- DUB-1 plays generative dub techno by itself from the moment it is switched on.
- Eight pieces each hold their own key, tempo, sounds, groove and amount of movement, chosen with PRESETS.
- The keys set the scale: press a lit key to take its note out, an unlit one to add it.
- SELECT is a DJ filter on every page, REC holds the echo and held REC opens a grid of sixteen effects on the keys.
- An eight bar arrangement brings Full, Break, Groove and Thin phrases, with fills and a kick that changes shape.
- Hold a layer's button to nudge its sound, hold longer for a new voice, and hold SEL to lock the groove.
- Hold GLO to save all eight pieces, and DUB-1 also saves by itself while resting.
