Question 1

Does Les know my exact synth's jacks and controls?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You add the exact gear you own and Les grounds every answer in that specific device: its real inputs and outputs and the controls that matter, so a patch it gives you actually exists on your unit.

Question 2

What kinds of gear does Les support?

Accepted Answer

Electronic-music gear: synths, samplers, drum machines, grooveboxes, semi-modular and modular, and Ableton Live. You add the gear you own, and you can try gear you don't own yet to see how it would fit your setup.

Question 3

How do I connect two devices, like a Digitakt into a Mother-32?

Accepted Answer

Put your gear together in a setup and ask in plain words. Les answers with the specific connection, which output goes to which input over audio, CV or MIDI, grounded in the real jacks on the devices you own.

Question 4

Can Les help me decide whether to buy new gear?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Preview gear you don't own and Les shows exactly how it would patch into the setup you already have, before you spend anything.

Question 5

Who makes Les?

Accepted Answer

Les is operated by Bitbazooka LLC. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with the makers of the gear it supports.

Les work. More play.
